About Healthy Leaders UK
Healthy Leaders UK (HLUK) is a partnership committed to helping leaders flourish.
Through HLUK, we offer a range of services that support leadership, wellbeing, and group development.
Two of our flagship programmes sit under this umbrella:
Great Group Coaching™ — training and support for coaches and mentors who want to design and deliver transformational group coaching experiences.
Transformissional Group Coaching™ — a group coaching process designed for those in Christian ministry, integrating wellbeing and mission.
Alongside these, we also provide coaching and consulting services tailored to leaders and organisations seeking to create healthy, sustainable cultures. (See below)
About Your Team
Niky Dix : Coach & Consultant
Hey, 👋🏻 I’m Niky — a coach, group coach, facilitator and Educator. I’m also a passionate advocate for the wellbeing of leaders and the transformative power of group coaching.
My mission is to empower people to make intentional choices that lead to a flourishing life. I believe group coaching creates a unique space where wellbeing, growth, and leadership can all thrive — especially when life or work feels complex and demanding.
I hold a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP) from the University of East London, senior practitioner accreditation with EMCC Global, and an ICF certificate in Professional Group Coaching. I’m also a qualified SPARKS Resilience Facilitator and NLP Coach. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on a variety of coaching tools to support real, lasting change. My own research drew on existing evidence related to the wellbeing of leaders on mission, to inform Transformational Group Coaching(TGC): a transformational group coaching programme designed to help Christian ministry leaders flourish in their ministry.
I enjoy working with individuals, and I love exploring deeper, existential, systemic and authenticity focused questions with individuals. Group coaching is also at the heart of much of my work — whether I’m creating spaces for leaders to explore their own wellbeing and resilience, or helping coaches and course providers design impactful group experiences. You can find out more about that work at GreatGroupCoaching.com (GGC).
Before becoming a full-time coach, I founded and led Intentional Health CIO for ten years — a charity dedicated to improving community wellbeing through coaching-style group programmes in partnership with local churches and volunteers around the UK. My earlier career as a secondary school PE and Science teacher also reflects my lifelong commitment to helping people learn, grow, and live well.
My work is shaped by a Christian ethos — with a deep belief in the value of every person, the importance of rest and reflection, and the hope of renewal. Whether or not you share my faith, I commit to holding a space for you with compassion, integrity, and respect for what matters most to you.
